The Workplace Health Team is committed to supporting local workplaces in enhancing employee health and wellbeing. As part of this effort, they are launching a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Survey aimed at employers and employees in routine and manual occupations.
This short survey, which takes just five minutes to complete, will help develop a free service to improve workforce wellbeing, boost productivity, and reduce sickness absence. Evidence shows that employees in routine and manual roles often experience greater health challenges, making targeted support essential.
We encourage businesses across Milton Keynes to take part and share their views. All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 retail voucher.
